Page 2                                                 PLAYER AGREEMENT

Please read carefully:

                I hereby agree to play baseball for the aforementioned Recreation Council for Baltimore County Major League Baseball (BCML) during the 2010 season. I understand that I am obligated to play for this BCML team for the duration of my eligibility unless granted a special exemption by the 15-19 BCML Commissioner. I also understand that if I choose to terminate this agreement during the 2010 season that I will be suspended until the completion of the 2010 season. During my suspension, I will NOT be permitted to play for ANY BCML team unless explicitly reinstated by the 15-19 BCML Commissioner.

                I further agree to abide by any/all pertinent bylaws, policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations adopted by BCMLB, the aforementioned Recreation Council, and/all affiliated Recreation Councils, playing field sites, complexes, and/or stadiums, and any/all county and/or city Department of Recreation and Parks. I understand that a failure to abide by these may result in my lifetime suspension from BCML. I also understand that any verbal or physical threats of personal/physical assault to any umpire will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.

                I further agree to (1) have fun and strive to develop and improve my individual skills; (2) encourage my teammates and other participants to have fun and improve their skills; (3) never participate in the use of disrespectful, abusive or obscene language to managers, coaches, instructors, parents, spectators, officials, umpires, teammates or any other participants; (4) never use unsportsmanlike conduct in the form of gestures, spitting or other dramatic displays of individual anger; (5) never participate in fighting at any time and understand that participating in a fight may result in my lifetime suspension from BCMLB; (6) respect the equipment and property of others at all times; (7) never use tobacco, alcohol or drugs at any time and I recognize that the use of any of the above will result in automatic suspension for the remainder of the season;

                By signing, I certify that I have read the foregoing and understand same. I further certify that all of the information is complete and correct and I understand and will abide by the terms of this Agreement.

Parent/Guardian Consent and Agreement

                I hereby agree to the terms of the Player Agreement (above) signed by my child or ward.

                I further agree that I will NOT hold Baltimore County Major League Baseball (BCML), the aforementioned Recreation Council, any/all affiliated Recreation Councils, playing field sites, complexes, and/or stadiums, and any/all county and/or city Department of Recreation and Parks, and/or BCML officers, umpires, managers, volunteers, participants and/or their families, and/or spectators personally, financially, and/or legally responsible for any injury(s) received during ordinary transportation to any try-out, practice, game (pre-season, Regular season, All-Star, post-season, tournament, fall), or any other sanctioned BCML program and/or event. I also understand that any verbal or physical threats of personal/physical assault to any umpire by myself or my son will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.

                I further authorize the transport and treatment of my child or ward by any/all certified medical professionals in the event of an emergency when I cannot be directly contacted through reasonable effort and means.

                I hereby pledge to provide positive support, care and encouragement for my child/ward participating in this program by (a) encouraging good sportsmanship through demonstrating a positive support for all players, coaches, umpires and officials at every practice or game; (b) placing emotional and physical well-being of my child/ward ahead of any personal desire to win; (c) insisting that my child play in a safe and healthy environment; (d) providing support for coaches, managers, umpires, and officials working with my child to provide a positive enjoyable experience for all; (e) demanding a drug, alcohol and tobacco free sports environment for my child and I agree to assist by refraining from their uses at all youth sporting events; (f) remembering that the game is for the children and not the adults; (g) promising to help my child enjoy the experience within my personal constraints by assisting with coaching and being a respectful fan; and (h) asking my child/ward to treat other players, coaches, managers, spectators, umpires and officials with respect regardless of the situation.

                By signing, I certify that the above information is complete and correct, and that I have read the foregoing and understand and will abide by the terms of this Agreement.
